Real Life

journal contribution
posted on 2023-07-26, 12:55 authored by Colette Paul
Colette Paul's story explores, in a humorous way, how the stuff of `real life' is transformed by the writer into `material' for fiction. It also address some anxieties about teaching Creative Writing. However, while these concerns frame `Real life' as explicitly metafictional, the way in which class politics are engaged with is of equal importance to the author.
